"China's door to dialogue remains open. We are willing, in the spirit of equality and open-mindedness, to talk and interact with the United States, and resume dialogue mechanisms at all levels and in all fields," said Wang.
Wang emphasized that be it companies from Europe or other parts of the world, they are optimistic about China's economic prospect and improving business environment.
"As a champion and promoter for an open world economy, China has always kept its door wide open and committed to provide a market-oriented, law-based and international business environment for companies from Europe and other parts of the world," Wang said.
In trade, for example, China has moved to address Washington's concerns, said Castrillon.
He added that Cambodia, in its existing capacity, managed to dispatch face masks to China in late February.
Wang said this statement is yet another proof of the Philippines' independent foreign policy, which embodies the common aspiration of the regional countries to pursue peace and development.
In return, China sent 12 vessels containing more than 1,000 containers of raw materials to supply the struggling garment factories in Cambodia in mid-March. Moreover, China also sent medical experts and COVID-19-testing devices to help support Cambodia's combat against the virus, he said.

"Cambodia's commitment to liberalization is reflected in its efforts in entering into many regional FTAs, including the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, ASEAN-China FTA, and others," he said.
China and ASEAN countries, including the Philippines, are currently focusing on the fight against COVID-19 and resuming economic activities, which call for solidarity, coordination, peace and stability, Wang said.
